Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the estimate request form, we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number and the project details you choose to share (for example your town, the type of floors and your preferred timing). If you call or e-mail us, we receive the information you provide in that conversation, such as your contact details, address of the property and project details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider automatically record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the Website running and secure. Your IP address is not saved with your estimate request.
What we do not collect. The Website does not use analytics or advertising trackers, does not show third-party ads, and does not load fonts, maps, videos or other content from outside services. Please do not include sensitive information (such as payment card numbers or Social Security numbers) in the form.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track visitors. WordPress, the software that runs the Website, sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the Website. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.

We keep them only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, complete and support your project and keep ordinary business and tax records, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time set by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or business-record reasons.
